Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only for the latest month subscription/Purchase. Cancellation :

We will refund 100% (NO QUESTIONS ASKED) of your amount paid including taxes if you requested cancellation of subscription or purchase within 30 days and have not used more than 10% of text messages of your package/purchase.

Return Process & Refunds :

You can log in to your account and request cancelation. After receiving your cancellation request, AI will check your eligibility mention in cancellation clause. If eligible, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. It will go back to same Credit/debit card. If you have not received the refund, please call us at +1833-343-5360.

Exceptions :

Though we follow our cancellation policy very strictly and fully monitored by AI guidelines but it might give some errors in processing your refund. If you think that you were not treated fairly by AI, feel free to give us a call at +1833-343-5360 and we will look further into your case and will resolve it at that point.
